A mathematician by profession, otherwise great photographer.

He is not only taking pictures for our theatre, but he also does everything that he thinks is necessary. Theatre boot camps without Jirka Kottas are hardly imaginable. With his wife Jaroslava Kottasová, they are significant supporters of our theatre.

The theatre is financially supported by the statutory city of Brno. The productions Káťa a Bajaja [Cathy and Bajaja], Zlatý kolovrat [The Golden Spinning Wheel] and Antigona [Antigone] were created as projects of Theatre Faculty of JAMU in Brno and are co-financed by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic as part of the Éta program.
